Camp Store:

When you arrive at the campground you will check-in at the camp store. You cannot enter into the camping area until you check in and receive a gate pass. The camp store has a snack bar with some essential grocery  and camping supplies. There is also a game room equipped with video machines and a pool table. Firewood Alert:  No fire wood can be transported onto the campground from an out side source. The ban is in cooperation with the Department of Natural Resources to control the spread of the Emerald Ash Bore and other exotic pests threatening our natural resources. Firewood must be purchased from the Campground store. Pallet wood, construction lumber is not to be used as your main source but as kindling only.

Hot Showers:

The bathroom\shower house\laundry facility is heated and open all year. The bath house is very clean and offers private dressing rooms.

Modern Cabins:

For those of you who would like to try camping, but don't have a camper, or would like to get away  and enjoy the fun of camping without the hassle of pulling a camper, then take advantage of our cabins rentals. Click on the Cabins link for further information regarding cabin rentals.

Shelter Houses:

The campground has two shelter houses that can accommodate large groups.  Shelter #1 is equipped with a two oven range, micro wave, refrigerator, hot running water and a food preparation area in newly remodeled enclosed kitchen. Shelter house #2 is in the club camping area and offers cold running water. Both have a large community fire pit area.

Canoe  & Kayak:

The beautiful Flat Rock River, one of Indiana's cleanest rivers, winds all along the entire campground. There is a body of water deep enough and long enough to drop a canoe or a tube in and just plain float and have fun. If you like adventure you can  take a float down stream to the campground from a location up stream or you can take a long trip down stream from the campground. The campground no longer provides transportation. You may rent the Kayak or Canoe and supply your own means of transport.

Paddle Boat Rental:

The campground has 6 paddle boats housed under a canopy dock on a 15 acre limestone quarry. This quarry is very beautiful!! With  tall lime- stone cliffs and large pine trees all around, you will agree, you have finally found paradise. The water is clean and clear.

Clear Blue Swimming:

There is a designated swimming area in the Quarry. There  is a large dock to rest upon.  No inner tubes are allowed, but you can use vinyl tubes or rafts to catch some rays. Fun for the whole family, with a floating trampoline, water teeter totter, climbing rock, a large slide and a series of lounging devices with-in the swimming area. There is a charge for quarry swimming. Please refer to our rates page for pricing. Sorry no cliff diving.

Club Camping:

The club camping area accommodates up to 30 camping units.  Other areas are available along the river that will accommodate 19 sites for a total 49 camping units, all with-in walking distance.  For even larger groups we have a 15 site pull through area located near the campground office. Water and  electric (20/30/50 amp) is available. The area is very large and does include a 10 acre field adjoining the camping area. Lots of room for any size rig. Also included with club camping is a large shelter house with a community fire pit.
