Information Collection and Use

Personal Information: When you make a reservation, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. This information is used to manage your booking and provide you with the best possible experience at Hidden Paradise Campground.

Booking Platform: Reservations for cabins and RV sites are managed through Campspot, a third-party booking platform. By using our site to make a reservation, you also agree to the privacy policy of Campspot. All payments and bookings are handled securely through their system.

Rates and Reservations

​

  • Rates: Rates are subject to change and may not be reflected on the website. Please check with the office for the most current rates.

  • Reservations: All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. You can change reservation dates 14 days in advance by contacting us.

  • Seasonal Rates: Seasonal rates range from $2,400.00 to $3,000.00, based on weekend, holiday, and vacation use only. Electric is metered on monthly and seasonal rates.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • RV Sites: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Early check-in may be available for an additional charge of $2.00 per hour.

  • Cabin Rental: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Site Policies

​

  • Guests and Visitors: All visitors and guests must register and pay the daily entrance fee at the office before entering the campground. You will receive a car pass to display on your rear mirror and a wristband for each guest, which must be worn for the duration of your stay. All visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 p.m. or pay the nightly fee.

  • Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

  • Speed Limit: The speed limit is 5 MPH at all times.

  • Pets: Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please utilize the dog pots located on the grounds to clean up after your pets. Pets are not allowed in any buildings and should not be left unattended.

  • Trash: Place trash in plastic bags and drop it off at the dumpster located adjacent to the office. Please keep Hidden Paradise beautiful by discarding litter and cigarette butts in trash containers, not on the ground.

  • Fire Rings: Do not move fire rings. A fee of $50.00 will be charged if the fire ring is moved.

  • Firewood: All firewood must be purchased from the campground. Outside firewood is not allowed.

  • Site Amenities: All sites are equipped with water, electric, picnic table, and fire ring. Please be considerate by not moving or exchanging amenities from other sites.

  • Quarry Rules: No walking on cliffs, fishing, or cliff diving. In order to swim or paddle in the quarry, all guests must sign in at the office, pay the associated fee, and wear a wristband.

  • Golf Carts: Golf cart owners must provide a certificate of insurance and pay for a park permit. Only carts with headlights and tail lights are allowed to be driven at night.

  • Fireworks and Firearms: Absolutely no fireworks or firearms are allowed on the campground property.

  • Trespassing: Please respect our neighbor’s property while remaining on the campground side of the Flat Rock River. Trespassing is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
